Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Infineural for using Infineural Books.

Last updated 1 November 2026

1. The service

Infineural Books is a hosted GST billing, accounting and compliance service ("the Service") provided by Infineural, Nashik, India. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.

2. Your account

You must give accurate details, keep your password secure and tell us promptly of any unauthorised use. You are responsible for everything done under your account and for the people you invite to it.

3. Plans, add-ons and billing

The Single Business plan is free for one business, with every feature. The Multi-Business plan and add-ons (such as custom domain, white-label branding and priority support) are paid, billed monthly or yearly in advance. Paid plans may start with a free trial. Prices are shown on the pricing page and exclude GST, which we add on Indian invoices. A GST tax invoice is issued for every payment. Paid plans and add-ons renew automatically until cancelled.

4. Your books and tax filings

The Service helps you prepare invoices, e-invoices, e-way bills and GST returns, but you remain responsible for the accuracy of your books and for what you file with the GST portal and other authorities. Check figures before filing and consult your accountant where needed.

5. Cancelling

You can cancel paid plans and add-ons at any time from Plan & billing. They stay on until the end of the paid period. If an add-on is not paid, it is switched off; your books stay available on the free plan. See our Refunds & Cancellation page.

6. Your data

You own the data you put into the Service. You give us permission to host and process it to provide the Service. You can export your books, parties, items and returns at any time.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for fake invoicing or any unlawful purpose, to attack or probe it, to resell it without our written agreement, or to store material that infringes others' rights. We may suspend an account that puts the Service or other customers at risk.

8. Custom domains and payment gateways

If you connect a custom domain you must control it. Payment gateways and other services you connect (such as Razorpay, Cashfree, PayU, PhonePe, Stripe or PayPal) are governed by their own terms and charges; money your customers pay goes to your own gateway account.

9. Availability and support

We work to keep the Service available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Support is provided by email during business days; the priority support add-on adds WhatsApp and phone support.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including tax penalties or interest.

11. Ending the agreement

We may end or suspend the Service for material breach or non-payment of a paid plan, with notice where practical. A suspended account can still view and export its books. On termination we keep your data for a limited period so you can request an export, then delete it.

12. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will tell you of material changes in advance. These terms are governed by the laws of India; the courts at Nashik, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
