Privacy Policy

What we collect, why, and the choices you have.

1. Who we are

Infineural (Nashik, India) operates Infineural Books. For the business and financial data account holders store in their books (invoices, customers, suppliers, ledgers, GST returns), we act as a processor on their behalf; for account, billing and website data, we are the controller.

2. What we collect

Account details (name, email, business name), billing details handled by our payment partners, usage and device information needed to run and secure the Service, and the content you or your team store in your books. Our website uses cookies for essentials and, with your consent, analytics.

3. How we use it

To provide and secure the Service, bill you for paid plans and add-ons, support you, improve the product, and meet legal obligations such as GST and accounting record-keeping. We do not sell personal data.

4. Your customers' and suppliers' data

The parties, invoices and payments you record belong to you. We process them only to provide the Service. You are responsible for your own lawful basis and notices; the client portal and payment links only show your customers their own documents.

5. Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help us run the Service (hosting, payment gateways you switch on, email delivery, the GST e-invoice and e-way bill systems when you file through them, and AI providers you choose to connect), under confidentiality and security obligations, or where the law requires.

6. Retention and deletion

We keep account data while your account is active and for a limited period afterwards for legal and backup purposes. Indian tax law expects you to keep books for several years: export them before closing your account. You can ask us to delete your account and data.

7. Security

Each business has its own isolated database tables, connections are encrypted, payment-gateway keys are stored encrypted, and every change to your books is written to a tamper-evident audit trail. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify you of a breach affecting your data as the law requires.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your data and to object to some processing. Contact us to exercise them.

9. Cookies

Use the "Cookie settings" link in the footer to change your choices at any time.

10. Changes

We will post updates here and, for material changes, tell you in advance.
