Refunds & Cancellation

One business is free with every feature, for as long as you use it. There is nothing to cancel and no card is needed.

The Multi-Business plan can start with a free trial. If you do not pay the first invoice, your extra businesses become read-only; nothing is deleted.

You can cancel the Multi-Business plan or any add-on at any time from Plan & billing. It stays on until the end of the period you have paid for, and it will not renew.

An add-on bought part-way through a billing period is charged only for the days left in that period.

Fees are charged in advance and are not refunded for a period already started, except where the law requires or where we charged you in error (for example a duplicate payment), in which case we refund the amount to the original payment method.

For a billing problem, contact us with your business name and the invoice number and we will respond within one business day.
